I'm in my 30's now and I am bothered from foot cramps. Prolonged sitting down is the major cause for this, well that is my own observation.
Sitting down from 10am-10pm managing and watching my clients here inside my shop. Though I also walk for awhile to eat and drink water but much of my time I sit down fronting my best friend...THE VIRTUAL WORLD. (Still need advice from the expert)
Before it happened for a quite a while, it was occasionally but now it's more frequent. I ask my mom about it and seemed to think it is a potassium deficiency and told me to take my VITAL-C and Multi-Vitamins everyday. I have been doing that for a few months and it doesn't seem to help me that much.
I search on the internet to look for solution, it is not good and not healthy anymore. Maybe there is a remedy for this, and it will help me solve my problem.
What did I found? According to MedicineNet.com it is estimated that 95% of people suffered from muscle cramp at some time in their life!
Oh! so meaning this is just normal and nothing to worry about? Really? So is there something that can give remedy for this? They give me RECIPE???? Hey?! I am asking here remedy, I am not here to cook.

Hi po. Found your blog on the FBW group on facebook. :)
ReplyDeleteI don't feel this kind of problem even though I'm also almost 12 hours a day in front of my computer (I work as a web developer). Pero I heard sabi ng ilan, when you got home, try to relax your feet and itaas daw po yung paa ng mas mataas sa pwet or sa ulo. Makakatulong daw po ito with your blood circulation on your lower body.
From Flora of Facial Care Depot. :)
It's nice that there are home remedies for foot cramps. It's still best to check with Doctors. Sometimes, it's as simple as changing shoes.
ReplyDeleteAfter reading your post, I let my wife read as well because she can really relate. I think she is gonna test your solution should she have foot cramps. Thanks for the tip. ;)
ReplyDeleteI don't get this problem but I get back pains instead. Nevertheless, both are still pains we should address and it's great that you have this home remedy we can share. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI agree that you need to seek the advice of a medical professional if you are experiencing foot cramps on a regular basis. It happens to me sometimes when I'm out running but I know it's because I did not stretch prior. When I stretch before a run, then I don't experience it.
ReplyDeleteI'm not into wearing heels, but these are great tips I'd share my friends. :-)
