THIGH WORKOUT while WAITING

Bored while waiting for your turn in a restroom, at the deli-counter, in the elevator or while waiting for the bus/Jeep/taxi?  


Here are healthy tips to loosen up your day.

This will help you tune your belly and inner-thighs.


  • STAND UP STRAIGHT, WITH HEELS TOGETHER AND TOES POINTED SLIGHTLY OUTWARD.
  • RISE UP FROM YOUR TOES AND PULL YOUR BELLY BUTTON IN AND UP, KEEPING YOUR BACK STRAIGHT.
  • TRY NOT TO LEAN FORWARD.  HOLD ON FOR ONE COUNT, THEN SLOWLY PLACE YOUR HEELS BACK ON THE GROUND.
  • DO THIS 10 TIMES. OR AS LONG AS YOU'RE STUCK STANDING AROUND.
