Bored while waiting for your turn in a restroom, at the deli-counter, in the elevator or while waiting for the bus/Jeep/taxi?
Here are healthy tips to loosen up your day.

- STAND UP STRAIGHT, WITH HEELS TOGETHER AND TOES POINTED SLIGHTLY OUTWARD.
- RISE UP FROM YOUR TOES AND PULL YOUR BELLY BUTTON IN AND UP, KEEPING YOUR BACK STRAIGHT.
- TRY NOT TO LEAN FORWARD. HOLD ON FOR ONE COUNT, THEN SLOWLY PLACE YOUR HEELS BACK ON THE GROUND.
- DO THIS 10 TIMES. OR AS LONG AS YOU'RE STUCK STANDING AROUND.

ReplyDeleteThis is a clever way to spend your time while waiting. Instead of doing nothing, you can work out your thighs for them to be fit! :)
ReplyDeletevery practical ,you can do it while standing up doing something like waiting for the line at then movie house or any place.
ReplyDeleteI do this one also while watching my daughter playing in the playground! people need to know that our our body is not design for sitting so standing is good and adding this is great! xx

ReplyDeleteThis simply shows how extremely busy people are that we have to consider toning our thighs while waiting. This is a very practical and useful tip.
ReplyDeleteI also exercise when Im in the office. Haha! Walking and that thigh exercise is common to me. Haha! I also brought an exercise ball in my office and use it to sit down.
