As an average person, I prefer drinking water.
Well, water is fine if you're an ordinary exerciser, according to Nancy Clark, a sports nutritionists. As a moderate exercise, you are just answering your body needs to avoid dehydration. You can even drink coffee after exercising for 20-30 minutes.

ReplyDeleteI usually drink fruit juice after exercising but now I know this chocolate milk, then, the better. The availability for this drink is very easy compare to some energy drinks.

ReplyDeleteI saw this on Facebook, and I really hope it is true. I like chocolate milk since I was a child. I grew up on ChocoVim and Magnolia Choco-lait. I miss these two drinks a lot.

ReplyDeleteI thought the purpose of working out was to lose wait. Doesn't chocolate contain sugar and calories? I'll probably stick to water since I'm prohibited to consume chocolates.
ReplyDeleteWhoah, I never thought a chocolate milk is a good option to consume after workout. Perhaps, it would be much better if the chocolate milk version referred is somewhat good for the body after the workout.
